A two and a half story Prairie Foursquare style residence, was built in 1908 for Mary Selby. Little is known about the first owner, but the residence is more closely associated to Lee Sherman Badgett, who came from Kentucky in 1867. In 1896 he joined a ranch partnership in the Miles City area and married Carrie Lower.
